Nice stars! Nov 16, 2008 I covered my son's room with these stars eight months ago and the stars are still on the ceiling. This box has enough to cover a 14x15 room and I had some stickers left. Its true that the sticky tack that comes with it is not enough but each star really needs a piece the size of a lentil, or even less if its a small star. I did have to use extra sticky tack used to put up posters and it worked great too. The glow in the dark feature is wonderful, it's lots of work to put them up, but the final effect is worth it. I can't leave my sons' room at night!

A Perfect Nightlight! Oct 09, 2008 I bought these stars about a month ago. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of stars included in this pack. It took me over two hours to put them all on my son's ceiling. All of them had a very nice glow and none of them were dull. There are so many stars that it's sufficient enough to be a low-glowing nightlight. My son now looks forward to going to bed when the lights go out so that he can see all the stars as he drifts off to sleep. The manufacturer does not include enough adhesive for the stars. Walmart sells poster putty in the office supply section for $.99, you will only need one. So far, not one star has fallen down and I don't expect them too for a very very long time. EXCELLENT PRODUCT! AWESOME PRODUCT!

Needs more adhesive Sep 15, 2008 I purchased this product to adhere to ceiling above my 4 year old's bed. The putty worked well but I ran out. I would recommend the product, but you really have to use a teeny amount of adhesive per star.

These stars are delightful :) Aug 21, 2008 There are about 30 large star items (like the big star & swirl you can see on the front of the box) + many, many small, medium, and large stars for constellations + 2 sheets of tiny stars for the milky way.
Our astrophysicist-majoring son put these up for our elementary-age son with about 1/2 of the summer-sky constellations (which works out perfect for spacing as well as the number of stars in the package) and it was a great bonding time for them and a memory every night when the lights go out. There is a constellation map right in the package, so you'll have everything you need to do that.
We have "popcorn" type CEILINGS and found that a hot glue gun is the ticket for getting the plastic stars to stick while the small stars on the adhesive sheets will stick just fine. The ticky-tack in the package worked well for the few stars we put on the WALLS in the corner of the room.
Yes it takes some time to build this project, but it's one that will bring a lot of joy night after beautiful night.
Bon Appetit!
